The second batch of Smögen's eight year old single malt whisky is once again a marvellous expression from the Swedish distillers. While the first batch was matured in first fill Sauternes barriques, this one was aged in a more traditional combination of bourbon and sherry casks, and bottled up at a hefty 59.8% ABV.
